  • Bill Mischel, MBA, CPA - President

    Bill graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Michigan. After receiving his MBA from Notre Dame and becoming an Illinois CPA, he worked for five years in public accounting as an auditor for Arthur Anderson. Bill joined the Shamrock team as CFO in 1987 and has served as President since 1989. Under his financial leadership, the company has successfully navigated through four economic recessions and is still strong as ever.

  • Jon Wawrzyniak - Vice President

    Jon joined Shamrock in 1987 as a superintendent after graduating from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Since then he has risen all the way through the ranks to VP of Construction, where he continues to build strong relationships with our client base and manage all field operations. He has worked in nearly every state and been involved in hundreds of projects, from new construction and remodels all the way to maintenance projects.

  • Nick Wawrzyniak, MSA, CPA - Financial Controller

    Nick graduated from Indiana University in 2019 with Bachelor’s degrees in Operations and Accounting, and in 2020 with a Master’s degree in Accounting. Immediately after Graduate school he became an Illinois CPA and joined Ernst & Young’s Chicago Tax practice for 4.5 years, where he assisted dozens of Fortune 500 clients in securing tens of millions in tax credits and incentives. He now serves as Shamrock’s Financial Controller.

  • John Vanderbosch - Project Manager

    John is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He joined Shamrock in 2010 as a project manager, bringing over 20 years of commercial and residential construction experience. He has successfully managed hundreds of remodels, tenant finishes, and new builds for various Shamrock clients. He is also a licensed Florida contractor.

  • Ted Heiser - Project Manager

    Ted started his career as a union carpenter and eventually started his own company specializing in stick-frame homes. After that, he worked 3 years on an industrial construction site for a chemical plant, where he supervised over 1,700 tradesmen. He is a certified field surveyor, forklift operator, and heavy equipment operator. Ted joined Shamrock in 1998 as a superintendent and earned the title of project manager a year later.

  • Bill Gaideski - Project Manager

    Bill Gaideski attended Ferris State University to study Business Administration and began his career in sales within the Autoparts industry. He then started his own remodeling business in 1997, specializing in the residential sector. He started working at Shamrock in 2002 as a superintendent and became a project manager in 2004. He has worked on a variety of projects from ground ups to remodels, including many stores while they remained in operation.

  • Lacey King - Estimator

    Lacey graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stout with a degree in Construction. After college he worked for a telecommunications company that built electronics stations at the foot of cell towers. He is currently enrolled at the University of Strathclyde pursuing a Master’s degree in Genealogical, Palaeographic and Heraldic Studies. He joined Shamrock in 1997 as an Estimator and still holds the position today.

  • Kim Simeri - Administration Manager

    Kim attended Indiana University South Bend and started her career as a retail manager at a clothing store for 8 years. She joined the Shamrock team in 1994 as a contract administrator. Since then, her role has evolved into the Director of Human Resources, IT liaison, and Administration Manager.

  • Lisa Vanderbosch - Contract Administrator

    Lisa graduated from the Michiana College of Commerce with a degree in Accounting and Computer Programming. Prior to her time with Shamrock, she acquired extensive experience in bookkeeping, payroll, banking, taxation and business administration with a variety of employers in the Indiana and Florida markets. She joined Shamrock in 2011, handling all levels of contract administration and assistance with project communications.

  • Gail Beach - Contract Administrator

    A native of Lombard, IL, Gail started her career running her own daycare for 24 years. Following that entrepreneurial stint, she held various roles within the trucking and construction industries, assisting with data entry and contract administration. She joined Shamrock in 2004 and has served as our beloved Receptionist and Contract Administrator ever since.
