Shamrock Development, Inc. is a general contractor established in 1977 that specializes in commercial construction for national restaurant and retail chains. Shamrock has nearly five decades of experience with major brands in all types of construction projects spanning new buildings, multi-store rollout remodel programs, additions, tenant finishes, conversions and even maintenance programs.

We proudly boast a strong, experienced team able to manage your projects across a broad range of locations. We’ve successfully completed projects in virtually all of our nation’s largest cities, all the way down to small towns with less than 1,000 people.  In 2024 alone, Shamrock successfully completed over 105 projects in 16 states from coast to coast. Needless to say, we gladly travel wherever our clients need us.

Shamrock skillfully manages construction projects from blueprint through the finished product, allowing our clients to rest easy knowing they’re in good hands. It is our goal to provide a safe and high-quality construction experience to everyone involved in our projects. We source a mix of local, regional, and national subcontractors to perfectly tailor to the needs of each project. We have experience in large regional malls, strip centers, outlets and even high-rises. Our wide variety of construction experience and management techniques enable us to proudly serve the needs of a diverse and powerful client base. While the foundation of our completed structures may vary from wood to brick, block, or steel, our commitment to quality doesn’t.
