Tenant Finish: Many of our clients, such as Hollywood Video,  or Aspen Coffee, rely on us to finish out leased space in enclosed malls, strip malls or free standing buildings. Starting from the vanilla shell, we make it your space.                                                                                                       

Spaces within Spaces: We build out spaces for clients within existing host buildings, such as Dunkin Donuts in Wal Marts or Home Depots. 

Remodels: Whether you want to convert a Ponderosa to a Hollywood Video or co-brand like a Long John Silvers and Taco Bell or just give your place a new look, like this Doubletree.  Shamrock has 28 years of experience from major remodels to one night decor changes like this Subway to completely gutting the building and starting over.

Programs: From time to time a client will want to make a specific repair to a number of units.  For example: Shamrock replaced the quarry tile in the walkways of over 1,000 Pizza Huts with non-skid tile to  help reduce slip & fall claims, and installed safety nets in Home Depot to prevent overhead accidents.
