While we prefer to stay in the Midwest, we are licensed from Florida to California and have traveled nationwide for our clients. In 2004, Shamrock successfully completed over 120 projects in 20 states around the country. Shamrock has experience in all types of construction from new buildings to remodels, additions, conversions and maintenance programs. The strength of Shamrock Development, Inc. is an experienced construction team, which is able to manage construction projects across a broad range of locations and construction types. We provide a wide variety of construction experience and management techniques that enable us to serve the needs of a diverse group of clients. On most projects, Shamrock will use subcontractors who are from the area the project is to be completed. Successful projects include many different types of buildings, from conventional wood buildings, to brick, block, and steel structures. We have experience in malls (such as the Water Tower Place in Chicago), strip centers, outlets and high-rises. We work in large cities such as New York, Washington DC, Cleveland, Detroit, Denver, and Knoxville as well as smaller cities (Spearfish, South Dakota) throughout the nation.
